Follow-up Consultation allows to re-assess your progress and delve deeper in one or several specific lifestyle domains: nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc., for even more detailed lifestyle analysis and advanced tools.
It can be booked at any point after your Full Consultation, but best after six to eight weeks or later to allow time to use recommendations you have received at your Full Consultation.
Follow-up is different from Lifestyle & Performance Coaching:

I am registered with the ICO, Information Commissioner’s Office (a non-departmental public body which reports directly to the Parliament of the United Kingdom and is sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport), and I fully comply with their regulations on data protection.

Follow-up Consultation – £700
You can get your Consultation fee refunded in part and even in full if you refer someone for a consultation, seminar, lecture, or Workplace Wellness programme.
As soon as they have paid for their selected service and received it you shall be refunded, depending on the referral type, as follows:
❶ Full consultation – 20% refund
❷ paid group event for 5 – 15 people – 20% refund
❸ paid group event for 15+ people – 40% refund
❹ corporate client for Workplace Wellness programme – 100% refund
All you need to do is ask them to mention you as their referee in response to their booking confirmation email from me.
Moreover, referral discounts sum up (but never exceed 100% refund value). So the more clients you have referred, the more % you can get refunded (calculated from the price you have paid).
Consultations offer a wide range of high-quality advice on optimizing your lifestyle for best longevity, health and performance, in line with the evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine framework.
However, they are not a substitute for conventional medical, nursing or other professional health care.
Although you may significantly benefit from application of the knowledge, tools and lifestyle interventions offered at the time of consultations and after them, neither of these are intended to be a substitute for professional primary or hospital medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should not disregard or delay obtaining formal conventional medical advice for any medical condition you may have, and should seek professional assistance of health care professionals for any such conditions.
You are welcome to discuss any recommendations received during and after consultations with your primary care physician (GP/family doctor) or other medical specialists.
Despite being widely recognized as a distinct specialty globally, including in the USA, Lifestyle Medicine it is not currently a recognized specialty in the UK, in terms of having an accreditation pathway. Thus it is medicolegally impossible for me and my client to form doctor-patient relationships.
Therefore, despite being evidence-based and fully science-backed, any Lifestyle Medicine practice in the UK should be treated as consulting and coaching, rather than formal medical care.
Consulting and coaching in Lifestyle Medicine is separate from my role of a hospital Consultant, and constitutes no link to my employment with NHS.

You are entitled to a refund (subject to the deduction of 6% processing fee per transaction) up until 14 days (precisely – 336 hours) prior to the date and time of the scheduled consultation. In order to receive your refund, all you need to do is email me and inform me of your decision. The refund will be made to your original payment method as soon as possible.

After that, you can no longer cancel for refund.
However, you can either re-schedule your consultation or gift it to someone: please email me about this decision.
