This Toolkit can be used to either set a solid foundation for structured life-long lifestyle transformation, or to help boost existing progress.

Two ways to apply this Toolkit:

1. On your own, in a self-paced manner

  • In this case, use included Progression lists, along with the Habit tracker app, to aid formation of new healthy habits
  • Continue logging your progress into Habit tracker app until the new habit is formed (i.e. the action is performed without mental effort in 95% of cases) and until the maintenance level is achieved for a specific change (i.e. the change goal has been hit consistently for more than 6 months)

2. As a part of your 1-to-1 Consultation package

  • Before the Consultation, we shall perform a comprehensive assessment of your lifestyle via Lifestyle Audit 360 Plus survey, to identify the lifestyle domains that require immediate attention, and the ones that can be tackled later
  • During the Consultation, we shall discuss your needs, expectations, assess your confidence level and readiness to change, resources and support systems available to you, and design a personalized approach to your lifestyle transformation
  • After the Consultation, I shall compile all the information for you in an individualized digital package, which shall contain your lifestyle domain KPI, primary and secondary objectives, Foundation Toolkit, and personalized Toolkit implementation framework, that shall give you clear guidance on introducing  new healthful habits over 4 – 12 weeks timescale
  • We shall also have a weekly catch up online to assess your progress, potential barriers and solutions, and answer any questions

Bottom line, you can either use the Toolkit yourself, or with my personal guidance.
